Position: Sales&Marketing Manager

【Job Description】
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identfy business opportunities and increase market share.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies and action plans
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, and management presentations
- Lead and support the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with customers, distributors, internal departments, and Japanese management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in OEM and/or Aftermarket business segments
** Note: Preference will be given to candidates who are comfortable with frequent customer visits, upcountry travel, and field-based sales activities. **

【Qualification】
- Age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of total professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Automotive OEM / Aftermarket or Industrial OEM / Aftermarket B2B
- Can communicate in Japanese and English
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Valid driving license required (use company car)
- Skills: Presentation, reporting, negotiation, team leadership, market strategy development, market. analysis, business planning, customer relationship management, and cross-functional coordination
