【Job Description】
- Coordinate between the sales team, customers, and internal departments
- Prepare sales-related documents such as quotations, purchase orders (PO), and invoices
- Follow up on order status, production, and delivery
- Communicate with customers to provide information and respond to inquiries
- Prepare sales reports and related documents for the sales team
- Provide administrative support to the sales department
【Qualification】
- Male / Female
- Age 25-35 years
- Experience in Sales coordination at least 3 years
- Good English and communication skill with customers , supplier , internal organization both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage and operate with international shipping, customs, or export/import documents .
- Having knowledge about FTA , BOI .
- Ability to manage with Sales , purchase , billing , quotation , inventory , delivery documents .
- Have experience in ERP system and accounting system : Sage300
- Strong coordination ability , response , problem solving between Sales team, customer , supplier , and internal organization.
- Strong computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office (Excel) , to handle with data entry , sales update , report and documentation with high accuracy.
- Strong multitasking abilities to manage many jobs at the same time .
