【Job Description】
1.Primary Focus: Existing Partner Management
- Manage and grow sales through current dealers
- Increase partner engagement via regular business reviews, performance tracking, and joint planning
- Improve partner sell-through by providing sales tools, promotions, and enablement support
- Strengthen partner commitment to company products and solutions
2.Partner Enablement & Support
- Deliver product training, sales training, and solution updates to partners
- Provide marketing collateral, demo environments, and pre-sales support
- Plan and execute partner events, workshops, and webinars
3.Sales Execution & Pipeline Management
- Monitor partner pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting
- Support partners in opportunity development and co-selling activities
- Ensure compliance with pricing rules and deal registration processes
4.Secondary: Channel Expansion (As Needed)
- Identify potential new partners to strengthen coverage in niche or underserved areas
- Evaluate and onboard new partners to complement the existing partner ecosystem
【Qualification】
- Male/Female, Age 38-45 Years
- 5+ years of channel sales experience in Thailand
- Strong relationships with local dealers preferred
- Experience in sell-through management and partner performance optimization- Understanding of IT solutions (software, cloud, hardware, networking, or security)
- Strong marketing knowledge, including channel marketing, demand generation, and campaign execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- High learning agility with a strong willingness to continuously absorb new knowledge, including new technologies and market trends
- Strong proactiveness with the ability to identify issues, drive actions, and initiate improvements independently
- Ability to analyze risks related to partner performance, sales pipeline, and market dynamics, and propose mitigation strategies
- Strong command of English
- Solid computer and AI literacy
- (Optional) Strong command of Japanese language
【Allowance & Benefit】
-Diligent Allowance 500-1,000 THB/Month (Not fixed but depend on attendance and will be pay step by step)
-Transportation : 60 THB/Day (Not fixed : but will not pay in case of take leave or holiday.)
-Bonus : 2 time/year- June & Dec (Not fixed: Depend on company profit )
-Provident fund : 5%
-Annual leave : 6-12 Days/Year depending on service years
-Health & Life insurance ( OPD & IPD included)
