【Job Description】
- Control the quality of all in-house products by ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and customer requirements.
- Establish and execute quality operation plans and identify opportunities for quality-related cost reduction
- Plan and conduct internal audits [ ISO 9001, ISO14001, NSF, CE, UKCA, Customer audit,etc. ]
- Review and approve product quality reports prior to export
- Set schedules for the review, revision, and troubleshooting of quality system documentation
- Develop and implement training plans for quality department staff to enhance their professional competencies
- Respond to non-conformities within the quality system, implement corrective actions, and close Corrective Action Reports (CAR)
- Lead and support the team in strengthening problem-solving capabilities when quality issues arise
- Create activities or plans to raise quality awareness among all employees
- Plan and manage the procurement and calibration of measuring tools
- Attend meetings with Japan QC to continuously improve factory quality levels
- Other related tasks as assigned

【Qualification】
- Age: 39–49 years old
- Gender: Any
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Higher Vocational Diploma (Por-Wor-Sor) with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Proven professional experience in QC or QA within the manufacturing industry (Experience in both is highly preferred)
- Hands-on experience in audit response, such as ISO audits
- Knowledge and skills in using precision measuring tools.
- Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining, casting, and assembly.

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Meal Allowance: 1,375 THB / month (Additional 25 THB / day for OT)
- Commuting Allowance: 40 THB / day (For Commuting)
- Housing Allowance: 300 THB / month
- Perfect Attendance Allowance: 700 – 900 THB / month
- Production Incentive: Up to 700 THB / month
- Bonus: Minimum 3 months assured
- Annual Leave: Unused days can be encashed at 1.5 times the daily rate.

【Working Hour】
Monday - Friday (Occasional holiday swaps may occur to create long weekends)
8:00-17:00

- Number of employees: 200 Thai & 11 Japanese people
- Quality department: 12 people
> 1 Japanese Department Manager, 1 Interpreter, 2 leaders, 10 QC Staffs
- Surbordinates: 2 team leaders + 10 QC staffs
- Reporting to Japanese department manager
