【Job Description】
- Project Oversight & Completion: Take full ownership of projects from kick-off to final delivery, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Team Management: Manage member tasks, boost motivation, and maximize individual skills to enhance overall organizational performance.
- Stakeholder Negotiation: Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth project progression.

☆ Training Opportunity:
You will participate in a 3 to 6-month training program at our headquarters in Japan. All travel and accommodation expenses will be fully covered by the company.

【Qualification】
- Nationality: Thai
- Age: 30–40 years old
- Gender: Any
- English Skills: Not required
- Japanese Skills: Conversational level (JLPT N3 equivalent or higher)
- Experience: No prior experience in the financial industry is required.

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Japanese Language Allowance(N5: 1,000 / N4: 1,500 / N3: 3,000 / N2,N1: To be determined at a later date )
Ineligible: Individuals with over one year of study or work experience in Japan.

【Working Hour】
Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Note: In case of weekend work (e.g., for seminars), you can choose between a compensatory day off or overtime pay.
