【Job Description】
- Create and update daily/weekly/monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Monitor production progress and coordinate with the manufacturing department to resolve any delays or bottlenecks.
- Calculate and plan raw material requirements based on the production schedule.
- Place orders with local and international suppliers, tracking delivery dates to ensure zero line-stops due to material shortages.
- Manage optimal inventory levels (Safety Stock) of raw materials and finished goods.
- Utilize and maintain internal systems (ERP/Excel) to track inventory, production efficiency, and supplier performance.
- Prepare monthly inventory and production reports for Japanese management.

【Qualification】
- Experience: 3-5 years in Production Control, Planning, or Material Procurement in manufacturing (Plastic/Chemical industry preferred).
- Languages: Good command of English (Business level for emails & reports)
- Excel Skills: Must be proficient in VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Table, and IF functions for data analysis.
