【Job Description】
- Oversee daily procurement operations and manage the department effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Supervise, guide, and support subordinate staff to ensure optimal performance and professional growth.
- Lead and execute strategic sourcing activities, supplier selection, and effective price negotiations with vendors.
- Handle the issuance of Purchase Orders (PO), manage supplier contracts, and analyze price quotations.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to facilitate procurement requests for upcoming new corporate projects.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, including continuous evaluation of vendor performance.
- Communicate and report procurement activities effectively to management.
- Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
- Gender: Female
- Age: Around 30 to 40 years old
- Minimum of 8 years of procurement/purchasing experience within the automotive metal parts manufacturing industry
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in people management
- Good command of English (Capable of handling daily verbal reporting, email correspondence, and reading/understanding legal contracts and quotations)

[Others]
- Proven competence in department management, strategic sourcing, and price negotiation.
- Highly preferred if have Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or above (for communication directly with several Japanese manufacturers)
