【Job Description】
- Support Japanese Sales / Business Development Manager (MD).
- Coordinate with Thai customers regarding quotations and support customer
activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt and
professional communication.
- Coordinate with internal departments within the group using English and
Japanese.
- Monitor quality issues, production schedules, and delivery performance.
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other sales-related documents.
- Translate Japanese to Thai and Thai to Japanese during meetings and for
business documents (between Japanese Managers/Sales teams and Thai customers and staff).
- Assist in inspecting and monitoring packing operations to ensure accuracy
and compliance with company standards.
-Support and coordinate the resolution of issues involving customers and
internal departments.

【Qualification】
- Male or female, aged not over 35 years.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proficient in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and able to communicate effectively in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Detail-oriented, patient, and able to work carefully under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with customers.

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Meal allowance: THB 30 per day
- Transportation allowance: THB 1,200 per month
