【Job Description】
-Record import duty, freight and shipping invoice (high volume)
-Record tooling invoice.
-Petty cash reimbursement.
-Record and adjust undue input VAT.
-Coordinate with other departments regarding document matters.
-Support for the task below:
-Document sorting and filing for payment and input VAT
-Follow original tax invoice / receipt
-Other improvement job related document tasks
-Support audit process audit FS, J-SOX, ICOFR
-Support accounting department improvement project in 2026
-BPO implementation with the Philippine team.
-E-withholding tax
-Fixed asset RFID

【Qualification】
-Male/Female, Age 22-28 Years
-Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field (new graduates are welcome)
-Strong understanding of accounting and VAT, withholding tax is required.
-Experience in accounting software (we are using SAP HANA S4)
-Proficiency in MS Excel, including functions VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF is required.
-English typing skill 30 words/ minutes
-Basic knowledge of English wording related accounting documents.

【Working Hour】
Monday-Friday (Work on Saturdays: No more than 8-10 Saturdays per year)
