【Job Description】
- Oversee daily site operations and subcontractors, ensuring work is executed according to plans, timelines, and engineering standards (focus on MEP / Construction works).
- Coordinate with Main Contractors, Consultants, and Clients to ensure smooth project execution and alignment.
- Inspect installation works to ensure compliance with approved Shop Drawings, material specifications, and safety codes.
- Identify and resolve technical site issues promptly, keeping the Project Manager updated on progress.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and manage standard project documentation.

【Qualification】
- Thai Nationality
- Age: 25 - 35 years old
- Gender: Any
- Experience of working for a construction company in an MEP (or related) capacity is required.
- Strong ability in on-site construction management.
- Ability to read and create technical drawings/blueprints (drafting).
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
- Must have Engineer License
- A Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is highly desirable.
