【Job Description】
1.Store Operations Management:
-Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures,
-POS system management, and supply inventory.
-Maintain the store environment, oversee product displays, and conduct inventory checks and waste management.
-Maintain and manage espresso machines and kitchen equipment.
2.Team Management:
-Train and guide staff on menu knowledge, customer service standards, and hygiene management (HACCP, etc.).
-Create and manage staff shift schedules, considering peak operational hours.
-Facilitate team communication and ensure swift resolution of on-site operational issues.
3.Customer Service & Sales Management:
-Ensure high-quality customer service consistent with the brand concept.
-Handle customer inquiries and feedback in a professional and sincere manner.
-Execute promotional activities (campaigns, etc.) on-site in collaboration with the marketing team.
3.Quality &Compliance Maintenance:
-Ensure full compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
-Perform regular inventory audits and report results to management.
-Coordinate regularly with the Store Manager and the HQ team.

【Qualification】
-Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
-Experience: 3+ years of experience in café or restaurant operations (Supervisory or Leader experience is preferred).
-Fluent communication skills in English.
-Basic numerical management and reporting skills using Excel.
-Flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced retail environment.
-Ability to understand and embody the fashion and brand worldview.
-Ability to work flexible shifts (including weekends and public holidays) as required by store events.
-Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 level or above is an advantage).

【Working Hour】
Working Days: 6 days/week, 1 day off per week, plus 2 additional special holidays per month.
Working Hours: 2 shifts: 9:00–18:00 and 12:30–21:30, or as appropriate.
