【Job Description】
- Welcome visitors, manage reception, and handle patient inquiries professionally.
- Provide Japanese-Thai interpretation support during consultations and counseling sessions.
- Deliver attentive interpretation during aesthetic procedures, ensuring patient comfort and pain management.
- Oversee appointment scheduling, booking management, and cashier/billing operations.
- Conduct pre- and post-treatment follow-ups to ensure high patient satisfaction and continuous care.
- Maintain and enhance a welcoming, clean, and professional clinic atmosphere.
- Supervise, lead, and manage local Thai clinic staff and daily clinic operations.
- Support social media management and basic administrative tasks according to aptitude.
- Assist with basic secretarial and clerical duties as assigned.
- Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
- Open to all educational backgrounds.
- Business-level proficiency in Thai with Japanese-Thai interpretation capabilities.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and motivated candidates are welcome to apply.
- Prior work experience in an aesthetic clinic, beauty clinic, or medical institution is highly advantageous.

【Working Hour】
- Working hours: 10:00 – 19:00
- Day off: 8 days per month (shift-based schedule)
