Bangkok is a city with a significant number of international companies investing and conducting business, including a high number of startups. With the city’s expansion, the Central Business District (CBD) of Bangkok is no longer limited to Sathorn, Silom, and Sukhumvit areas. New CBDs are emerging, notably the Rama 9 and Ratchadaphisek areas (Rama 9 side).

Office buildings in Bangkok vary in price depending on the location. Buildings situated in business districts or close to major public transportation systems such as BTS Skytrain or MRT Subway tend to have higher rental prices compared to suburban areas. 1. Silom-Sathon Area

Silom-Sathorn has been a central business district (CBD) of Bangkok since the early days and remains a key business hub.
