What is the circumstances that led you to use our services?
We were introduced about your company through acquaintances when our company was established, and our business deal began. At the beginning, We were in a state of trial and error regarding recruiting staff in Thailand as we had little knowledge about it. Therefore, we utilize on the support of the staff members who guided us step by step. Since then, we primarily relied on your company’s service over 8 years.
What challenges did you have regarding recruitment (or other services)?
Our company had positions with unique job descriptions that were challenging to attract candidates. For instance, positions such as Revenue Marketing Associate, who handles both hotel sales and marketing simultaneously, and the Management Step-up Program, aimed at future executive candidates, were crucial but often misunderstood by potential candidates. Thanks to Personnel Consultant, we were able to successfully recruit excellent talents for both positions, who are still contributing actively to our company.

Your company proactively approach potential candidates and provide detailed explanations of job duties and our business operations which is a time-consuming and labor-intensive task that our staff would find difficult to handle independently. We are always grateful for their persistent efforts in this regard.
What do you expect from our services in the future?
We would like to work with you even in positions that would normally be outsourced to a so-called headhunting company, such as hiring executives.
