What is the circumstances that led you to use our services?
We had a connection with Personnel Consultant since we established Thai corporation and rent a room to hold seminars. Recently, we have been introducing Google Workspace; a service provided by your company and we move into the rental office “OFFICE23”. We were utilizing other company’s recruitment service but we were encouraged by an acquaintance who mentioned, “We were able to hire very good human resources from Personnel”. As a result, we decided to entrust Personnel with our recruitment needs and have since hired new employees through them.
What challenges did you have regarding recruitment (or other services)?
While our company operates in the IT services industry, our primary focus lies in “Educational support”. Despite the constant emergence of various IT tools, without the ability to effectively utilize them, the true value of technology cannot be realized. Therefore, we emphasize educational support, aiming to act as ‘translators of technology’ and utilize the latest technology to solve corporate challenges. Most of our current staff actually have no experience in the IT industry. Rather, because they worked in a non-IT industry, we believe that we can explain things in an easy way even to the people who are not good at IT. Perhaps one of the challenges is that there are few “IT” companies that operate and operate in this way, and partly due to my lack of words, it is difficult to fully convey the appeal of this company and business, making it impossible to attract the human resources we are looking for.

When it comes to recruiting, we felt that you have a deep understanding of our company’s business and have conveyed its appeal to the candidates. You have listened in detail not only to the visible aspects, but also to the company’s culture and the direction it is aiming for which we felt very encouraged. In addition, you conducted thorough screening and shared proactive and candid feedback, such as ‘Although there were candidates interested in your company, they were not recommended due to ～reasons,’ facilitating transparent communication. We felt that they recommended candidates with a high level of certainty at the stage of sharing resumes. For the office, the location is facing the main street and proximity to the BTS station which is very convenient. This makes it easy for visitors from Japan and business partners to find us when they visit us. Additionally, having both Japanese and Thai staff members on-site allows for easy consultation and support which we consider as an advantages.
What do you expect from our services in the future?
We plan to continue hiring new personnel and strengthening our system, so we would appreciate your continued support in using our office and recruiting personnel.
