What is the circumstances that led you to use our services?
The company was established in 2021 and hired multiple office staff, including experienced and new graduates, but at the same time we opened the stores and job increased, we had a problem that staff retire. When we worried about the diversity of human resources and concerns about the recruitment route we were having, and we wanted to have multiple recruitment routes, our partner company mentioned that your company has a good sales response, good selection of human resources and have a large number of human resources.
What challenges did you have regarding recruitment (or other services)?
For both office and store, we wanted to hire high skilled staff for both office and store but we often don’t know what their capabilities are until they actually start working so we can’t get the result we expected. In particular, store executives are assigned certain responsibilities as soon as they join the company, so there are operational losses that occur when the staff’s skills do not meet expectations, it’s challenging that there’s a time lost until the next hire.

Your company introduce multiple candidates fast. Also, interview and explanation is provided to target candidates in advance so we are able to get introduced candidates who have a high level of understanding of our company and are gihly motivated. It’s a grateful work flow as it saves time having interviews and make recommendation on the probability of not being match.
