What is the circumstances that led you to use our services?
When we started the business, we were hiring people on my own. About 10 years have passed since our establishment, we utilized the service for the first time when starting a new business. We have been friends with the president for many years, and we knew that he had the No. 1 track record in the industry, so we rely on your comany with the trust at your company, we had no other choice.
What challenges did you have regarding personnel (or other services)?
Since the frequency of recruitment was not very high, the company had not accumulated any know-how regarding recruitment. (I still haven’t.)

When we told your company about the candidates we were seeking, we were surprised by how quickly you introduced a wealth of suitable people from a large amount of data. Furthermore, when a candidate had a scheduling conflict on the interview day, they promptly suggested alternative options and provided detailed assistance, which surprised us.
What do you expect from our services in the future?
We haven’t utilize your company’s service often but as our company grows, we think we will be doing business in other industries on a non-continuous basis. At that time, we would be happy if you could consult with us and provide us with the data as before so that we can secure the human resources we need in a timely manner.
