What is the circumstances that led you to use our services?
We established a company in Thailand in December 2021, and in order to keep costs down, the registered location was a warehouse-like location. Our employees basically worked from home, so we had no problems, but as the company expanded, we started recruiting employees to come to the office. Since the current office environment was not conducive to coming to work, we were considering relocating, and at that time we were introduced to Personnel Consultant through an acquaintance. Although we wanted to keep costs down, we also wanted the location to be somewhat central to the city, considering the need for employees to come to work, so we decided to use Personnel’s OFFICE23 service because it met our needs.
What challenges did you have regarding recruitment (or other services)?
Our company uses the service of “OFFICE23”. One issue we had in mind was that when renting space, if you were to sign a contract for your own company rather than a shared office, a large room where you could set up an meeting space would be expensive, and it was not easy to rent. In addition, there are relatively many cases where we receive packages, but we were considering issues such as not being able to receive packages if weekday employees are present.
Please tell us what you liked about using our services.
As we wrote about the issue above, being able to use the meeting space and being able to pick up the luggage on behalf of us has been very helpful. In addition, you can use the water server and microwave, and the location is quite close to the station, so not only me, but also the staff are happy. Moreover, to be honest, we have never used the translation services and recruitment services but it’s reassuring when something happens.
What do you expect from our services in the future?
We would like to continue to use the office and other services if I have other opportunities.
