On Friday, November 8, 2024, we attended a presentation on the Cooperative and Work Integrated Education (CWIE) program by Japanese language students. This year, Personnel Co., Ltd. welcomed two Japanese language students, Om and Im, to join our internship program as part of the CWIE initiative. They are interning in the translation department. Additionally, we had the opportunity to give a lecture on “Guidelines for Implementing Cooperative Education as a Job Supervisor,” sharing insights on the internship process and engaging in discussions with students, professors, and other organizations. During this event, we also took the chance to extend New Year greetings to the professors of the Japanese language department.
Furthermore, we visited and exchanged New Year greetings with the Faculty of Engineering at Burapha University, where Ms. Vathanya Loonchaiya represented us in presenting the New Year calendar. We also discussed labor market trends, information about students, and upcoming job fairs.
We would like to express our gratitude to the Japanese language department for sending students to intern with us and for inviting us to the CWIE project presentation. We look forward to continued collaboration and support in various areas in the future.
