Visit to Toyota Ban Pho Plant, Chachoengsao
On March 5, 2025, Personnel Consultant (Thailand) Co., Ltd. visited Toyota Motor Thailand Co., Ltd. at its Toyota Ban Pho Plant in Chachoengsao Province. This factory serves as a model facility with state-of-the-art technology in the global automotive manufacturing industry. Under the concept of Happiness Mobility, it aims to drive future happiness by fostering people development, economic growth, and environmental sustainability, ultimately transitioning into a Mobility Company.
Our team, including both Thai and Japanese staff, attended a presentation introducing the company and its factory before touring the actual vehicle assembly lines. The Ban Pho plant primarily produces Toyota Fortuner and Toyota Hilux models. During the tour, we listened to explanations at various production stations, covering raw material intake, component assembly at each stage, and final production inspections. We also gained insights into the Toyota Production System (TPS), allowing us to experience and understand Toyota’s unique manufacturing process firsthand.
