Interpreter Levels at Y-Link Co., Ltd.
1.Level A Interpreter:
– JLPT N1 or equivalent proficiency.
– Near-native level, highly accurate and fast. Suitable for formal and high-precision tasks such as business negotiations, presentations, and press conferences
2.Level B Interpreter:
– JLPT N2 or equivalent proficiency.
– Can translate accurately in general situations (non-specialized). Suitable for company meetings, follow-ups, and site inspections.
3.Level C Interpreter:
– JLPT N3 or equivalent proficiency or lower.
– Suitable for informal communication such as tourism, shopping, or casual conversations.
General Interpreter Rates
1.Minimum Rate for Half-day
– Starts at 5,000 THB for general interpreters.
2.Full-Day Rate (1 day)
– Level C: Starts at 5,000 THB per day.
– Level B: Starts at 6,000 THB per day.
– Level A: Starts at 8,000 THB per day.
