Contract Execution

A contract is signed between the client and us, and between the local Thai staff and us.

Start of Work

We will manage the social insurance enrollment and termination procedures for the local Thai staff.
You will be invoiced monthly for the employer's portion of the social insurance contributions.

Service Fees

We will invoice you at the end of each month for the total monthly salary of the local Thai staff (base salary + all fixed monthly allowances), + our service fee (20% of the gross monthly salary of the local Thai staff), + social security contributions.
