Please contact us via the inquiry form with details such as the date and time when interpretation is needed, the location, the language to be used, the content of the interpretation, and your budget, etc.

Interpreter selection and submission of quotation

Based on the information you provide, we will select the most appropriate interpreter.
Once selected, we will prepare a quotation and send it to you via email, along with the interpreter's resume.

Order Placement and Confirmation of dispatch to the interpreter

Upon receiving your order confirmation, we will contact the interpreter and secure their schedule.
We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the contact information of the person responsible on the day, as well as the meeting location and time.

Issuance and mailing of the invoice and Payment

Upon completion of the interpreter dispatch, we will confirm whether any overtime has occurred and issue an invoice accordingly.

※ The above is only a guideline, and the rates are for consecutive interpretation, excluding simultaneous interpretation and whispering interpretation. Prices may vary depending on the content, field, and other conditions.

  • For interpretation between Japanese ⇔ Thai ⇔ English, the price starts at 14,400 Baht per day.

  • Types of Interpretation

    Simultaneous interpretation((Interpreting almost simultaneously while listening to the voice and facing the microphone))
    Whispering interpretation((Interpreting by whispering the speaker's words near the listener's ear. Used when there are 1-2 listeners))
    Consecutive interpretation(The speaker speaks up to a good stopping point, and the interpreter translates up to that point)

  • Interpreter Level Guidelines
    ※Interpreter skills are checked, and based on the results, interpreters are classified into levels.

    Class A: JLPT N1 or equivalent to N1 level
    Class B: JLPT N2 or equivalent to N2 level
    Class C: JLPT N3 or a level with little experience as an interpreter

  • Working hours

    Half-day : 4 hours, not crossing 12:00 o'clock
    Full day : 8 hours, excluding 1 hour for interpreter’s lunch break

  • Overtime Pay

    If the working hours exceed the contracted time, overtime pay will be provided.
    The hourly rate is calculated according to Thai labor law, by dividing the daily contract amount by 8 and multiplying it by 1.5 (for a daily interpreter assignment).
    The calculation will be made in 15-minute increments.

  • We do not offer rental services for simultaneous interpretation equipment. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Travel Charges for Interpreter

In the event that the location is within the Bangkok metropolitan area.
No cancellation fee
In the case of using a private car.
When an interpreter travels outside Bangkok or to the surrounding provinces using a private car, a travel fee will be charged based on the distance, with a fuel surcharge ranging from 500 to 1,500 Baht.
In the case of using a taxi.
When an interpreter travels to an assignment location outside Bangkok or in suburban areas using a taxi, the actual transportation cost will be charged.
In the case of transportation service
In the case of provided transportation, no travel fee will be charged. Generally, for distant locations, we kindly request transportation arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

(The number of days is calculated based on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.)

From the starting date of the Service to 2 days prior to the starting date of the Service.
100% of the Service Fee as prescribed in the Quotation
From 3 to 7 days prior to the starting date of the Service.
80% of the Service Fee as prescribed in the Quotation
From 8 to 14 days prior to the starting date of the Service.
50% of the Service Fee as prescribed in the Quotation
From 15 to 30 days prior to the starting date of the Service.
20% of the Service Fee as prescribed in the Quotation
Before 31 days prior to the starting date of the Service.
No cancellation fee
Payment

After the contract period ends, our company will issue an invoice to you. Please make the payment within one week of receiving the invoice.
If you are using our services for the first time from outside Thailand or as an individual, please note that payment will be required in advance.
