Quotation

Please reply to the email from our representative and send the translation materials.
Once the materials are reviewed, a PDF quotation will be sent to you.

Order Placement & Translation Start

Once we receive the signed Once we receive the signed quotation or your order confirmation via email, we will begin the translation.
※Please note that if we receive your order after 5:00 PM, the order date will be considered the following business day.

Delivery

We will deliver the completed translation via email by the specified deadline.
If you have any questions or require revisions, we will address them free of charge within 30 days after delivery.
※Please note that if the content of the materials changes after delivery and a retranslation is necessary, additional charges will apply.

Invoice Issuance, Mailing, & Payment

We will issue and send the invoice after the delivery of the translation. Please make the payment within one week after receiving the original invoice.
Once the payment has been confirmed, we will issue and send the receipt.
※For individuals and non-corporate clients, we require payment in advance.

800 Baht (Our standard: 1 page is counted as approximately 20 lines)

  • Depending on the difficulty level: +100 Baht~
  • Proofreading +600 Baht
  • Formatting, Transcription, and Translation Certification:
    Each + 100 Baht/page × the number of pages of the original document

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed.
In the event of a cancellation, you will be required to pay the full service fee as outlined in Article 6 of our Terms of Service.
